Exclusive First Look At Red Skull from Captain America: First Avenger!

Earlier today we posted the first trailer for Captain America: First Avenger that aired during the Super Bowl. In case you missed it, there was a millisecond in which Red Skull veered his red, veiny head for the very first time! As you can see from the image above, Hugo Weaving went the prosthetic look instead of CGI. It looks terrifiying and I know Weaving will play the role to a tee.
