Bottleneck Gallery’s Get A Room (2/15-3/8) New York City

It’s that time of the year and love is in the air. So much so that Bottleneck has commissioned over 50 artists to “Get a Room.” No, we do not mean that in a literal sense. Rather, their newest exhibit will focus on the very couples and relationships that have come to define our perceptions of love and partnership in popular culture.

The show starts this Friday, February 15 2013 @ 7PM Eastern and will end March 8th. Opening reception will be from 7 pm till 10pm, with online sales scheduled for: Saturday, February 16 2013 @ 12PM Eastern.

Each artist will present a piece depicting a couple made famous by your favorite movies, television shows and books. Bottleneck has been bit by the love bug and we like it!

Located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, Bottleneck Gallery is a contemporary art space founded by Joe Bouganim, Josh Harris and Arseny Libon.

The gallery’s main focus is to support all emerging and established artists and to bring them exposure in New York City. In turn, we will be donating a portion of all proceeds from our solo and group exhibitions to a variety of charities.

I grew up on Kung Fu theater movie weekends, a lot of Top Ramen Noodles, G.I. Joe's, Evil Knivels Stunt Cycle and Stretch Armstrong. My Movie reviews and Artist Interviews have been a regular around Nerdlocker.com. Follow me on Twitter @arainbolt. or email me aaron@nerdlocker.com
