Nerdlocker Exclusive – Skuzzles Print Giveaway!

Before we announce anything, we’d like to say a huge thank you to Skuzzles for donating the amazing Todd Slater print. They keep producing really great licensed work and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next! Without further ado, the winner is…Erik Pedersen! Congratulations! Thanks to all those who entered! Stay tuned to Nerdlocker for more giveaways in the very near future!

We’re back with another amazing giveaway! Recently, the only Canadian company brave enough to offer licensed screenprint movie posters released one for an extremely underrated sci-fi film, Stargate! And who better to create such a fantastic representation of the James Spader/Kurt Russel flick, none other than fan favorite Todd Slater (read our interview with Mr. Slater here). The best part of all this hard work, the fine folks at Skuzzles have graciously donated a copy of the print to be given away to a Nerd! Check out the details below.

Stargate (Regular)
Artist: Todd Slater
Technique: Screenprint
Size: 24″ x 36″
Limited Edition of 165
Printed on thick white paper featuring 8 colors
(4 metallic inks and a black varnish star chart layer)

Here are the rules. Read carefully to maximize your entries! All you need to do to enter is visit our Facebook page here as well as Skuzzle’s page here. If you have not already, you must “Like” both pages. To finish your entry, you’ll need to leave a comment in the post about the giveaway on the Nerdlocker page. You can also visit our twitter page here as well as Skuzzle’s here and follow us both. Reply to both @Nerdlocker and @SKUZZLESCAN saying you want to enter the contest. This will give you a maximum of two entries so far.

Now here’s where we get tricky. You can add to your entries by sharing! On Facebook, simply click the “share” button under the post and tell your friends about the contest. And on Twitter, re-tweet the post to all your followers. You can get one extra entry per social media outlet just for sharing! In other words you can have a maximum of 4 entries! In order for us to keep track, you must re-share the original post on Facebook and use @Nerdlocker and @SKUZZLESCAN in your Tweet. If you don’t do it that way we won’t be able to keep track of it.

In summary, one comment per person per entry. But you can enter once on Facebook and once on Twitter. In addition you can share across both social media outlets for two more entries. The contest closes Monday (5/20/13) at 8 a.m. PST. We will announce the winners soon thereafter. Nerdlocker will randomly select the winners in a lottery. If your name is not in the comments on the Facebook page and we do not receive a reply on Twitter, you will not be in the lottery. So you have until May 20, 2013, Monday at 8:00 a.m. PST to enter. Good luck!

Sorry to any of our fans who have won a giveaway from us in the past three months, you are not eligible for this one. We need to spread that Nerdy love! Thanks for understanding.

If you don’t win this time, Skuzzles still has a limited amount of the regular prints available here. When I say limited amounted, I’m not kidding, so hurry on over!

If all that excitement wasn’t enough, Skuzzles also asked us to share some exciting news about their next release. They’ve tapped fellow countryman, James White to work on… we can’t give everything away, can we? ; )

Stay tuned to Nerdlocker as we have a ton of other things to give away in the near future!

I'm a true child of the 80s from a small town near Cleveland, Ohio. My all time favorite topics are Star Wars, slasher films and Cleveland sports (despite the misery it causes). I narrowly avoided law school, instead choosing film school. I have been accused of being a walking IMDB, but I take it as a compliment!
