Deadline has broken the story that Image Comic’s Chew is being adapted to become a half hour TV show. The series will be a comedy revolving around the character, Tony Chu; A special agent in a post bird flu world where poultry has been outlawed. Tony has the ability to see the psychic breakdown of any thing he eats. If he eats a hamburger, he can see where the cow grazed. If he eats corn, he can see the pesticides being sprayed on the crops. If he takes a bite out of dead drug dealer on the streets of New York, he can see how he was murdered.  I’m sure you can see the appeal this series has for television. Showtime will be producing with Californication’s Stephen Hopkins set to direct the pilot episode. The comic book is written by John Layman and drawn by Rob Guillory.

I'm a man of tomorrow still holding onto the joys of yesterday. I miss Nick cartoons, and Power Rangers but I cant get enough of the Time Lords, and Serial Killers we have now. My many distractions include computers, movies, comics, and I like to imagine my life story would be scored with a mixture of Death Cab, A3, and a lot of Kid Cudi. We've entered the Geekological Revolution. A time of Vulcan Death Grips, drinks with friends on Tatooine, and attempting to build a freeze ray. Things have changed, muscle headed bullies. The Nerds rule the world now, and we reign SUPREME!
